- Enrollment is defined
as the time elapsed between the actual starting date and the date
on which the student formally terminates enrollment. Termination shall
occur on the last day of physical attendance in the school. Hours
of attendance are computed from the first day of attendance to the
last day of attendance, including absence. In accordance with NACCAS
and/or the Federal Government's termination policy, a student will
be terminated within thirty (30) days of the last day of physical
attendance if there is no prior written notification of cancellation
from the student. Please note that if no prior written notification
is given this will also delay the student's refund. The thirtieth
(30) day then constitutes the termination date and a refund will be
made within twenty (25) days. Also if a student does not return from
a leave of absence on the scheduled date of return as documented in
the student's file, a refund will be made within twenty five (25)
days.
- The student refund
may be more than stated above if the accrediting agency or Federal
Pro-Rata refund policy results in a greater refund.
- Any moneys due the
applicant or student shall be refunded within twenty five (25) days
of cancellation or termination.
- In
the event of a permanent closing of the school, the student will be
given a full refund.
- In the event
of the cancellation of a course, a full refund will be given.
